I don't have time to do a proper write up yet, so more to follow when I've finished a) laughing and b) doing the things I actually get paid a salary for.

But for now - Have Apple learnt nothing from the mistakes Microsoft's IE team made?

What looked this morning like a moderately interesting hiccup in Safari now looks like it might chain a minor issue with Safari on to a minor quirk in how the OS itself handles files, to generate what could possibly turn out to be a real issue.
